Premium Bodywear AG, its affiliated and associated companies (in the following: „Premium Bodywear AG“) attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and your right to informational self-determination. Premium Bodywear AG collects and processes and uses your personal data while visiting the Olaf Benz website exclusively in accordance with the following regulations and considering the Federal Data Protection Act as well as the German Telemedia Act. 

1. Your personal data

Personal data are particulars about personal or objective relations that can be used to refer to your person. These are for example your name, your telephone number as well as your postal and e-mail addresses.

a) Information about the usage of your personal data for processing your inquiries

Premium Bodywear AG collects and uses your personal data in order to process your inquiries that were submitted by email or the contact form on the website.

b) Using your personal data for sending newsletters

If you agreed to receive the newsletter, Premium Bodywear collects and uses your personal data, i.e. your first and family name, your address, phone number, e-mail address, your date of birth and your interests for sending newsletters. These newsletters contain information about non-binding news, further product information and special offers like birthday mailings or customer surveys. This can be sent to you by e-mail, SMS or the classical postal way.

For sending out newsletters, Premium Bodywear therefore uses the help of specialized service providers, to which the required personal data will be transmitted.

With the agreement to receive a newsletter you, at the same time, explicitly agree to this transmission and processing. These specialized service providers will only use your personal data on behalf of and by order of Premium Bodywear AG. The abidance of these data protection regulations and the required safety precautions are guaranteed.

2. Conferral and cancellation of your approval

Before Premium Bodywear will use your personal data for sending out newsletters we will ask you for your explicit agreement. You may anytime withdraw from that agreement without any reason. This will be free of charge for you, except of the costs for the communication medium you chose. This withdrawal can be done by email to e-service@prebo.de, or by using the link at the end of the newsletter or by postal way to Premium Bodywear AG, Chemnitzer Straße 36 – 38, 09228 Chemnitz / Germany. In this case your personal data will not be used for these purposes anymore.

3. Cookies and automatically transmitted technical information

During visiting the Olaf Benz website, Premium Bodywear will also use so-called „Cookies“. Cookies are small text files on your computer, which will be saved on your PC by your browser. Because of the information contained in these cookies, we will make your online visit more comfortable and more individual. Furthermore we use these cookies to save the adjustments you chose, e. g. your selected language, so that you don’t have to select these adjustments with every visit. We do save the following information in coded form on the cookies we set: an anonymous identification of your computer as well as the adjustments you selected on our website. You also may switch off these cookies in the adjustments in your corresponding browser program. Therefore we would like to point out that after this some areas of our website may not work properly anymore.
Furthermore we use several other automatically transmitted technical information, e. g. your IP address.

4. Duration of storage and information about your personal data, updating and cancellation

Premium Bodywear AG will no longer keep your data stored as it is necessary for the purposes mentioned in this privacy policy or for abidance of legal compulsory archiving. By request, Premium Bodywear AG will give you free information about your personal stored data, its use and processing. Therefore you may also contact us by email to e-service@prebo.de. In order to cancel, block or update your personal data stored with Premium Bodywear you may contact us anytime by email or postal way.

5. Google Analytics

The Olaf Benz website uses Google Analytics, a web analytic service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics also uses “Cookies”. These are text files, stored on your computer in order for you to get an analysis of the usage of the website. This cookie produces information about your website usage (including your IP – address) and will send and store this information to / on a Google Server in the USA. Google will use this information to analyse your website usage, to compile reports about web site activities for the web site operator and to provide further services in connection with using the website and the internet in general. Additionally, Google may forward this information to a third party, as long as this is legally prescribed or the third party processes this data on behalf of Google. Under no circumstances, Google will associate your IP – address with other data. You are able to avoid the cookie installation by appropriate adjustments of your browser software; but we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website. By using this website, you agree that Google may use your data in the above explained way and purpose.

The Olaf Benz website cancels the last 8 bits of your IP – address; a connection with a certain computer is not possible.
